Below are the details for our Alfred Cordon Family Association gathering at the Church History Library in SLC, UT.

The Schedule is:

10:00–11:00 — Arrival, Register & Mingle
11:00-11:30 — Welcome & Introductions, to include those calling in.
11:30-12:00 — Kirk Henrichsen, historian on early Utah pottery industry.
12:00-12:30 — Bios on Alfred, Emma, Emily & Mary Ann.
12:30-13:00 — Lunch & more mingling
13:00-13:30 — Family Association Discussion
13:30-14:00 — Tyler will speak about Rebecca Collins, Alfred’s fourth wife.
14:00-14:30 — Jim McConkie will give a presentation on the Dedication of the SLC Temple Cornerstones, 6 April 1853.
14:30 — More over to SW Cornerstone for reading the dedicatory prayer.

Remember this event is located at the Church History Library, not the Family History Library. The library is located on the corner of North Temple and Main Street. See Map Below. Parking is available on the east side of the Conference Center, under the Conference Center or along the street at any parking meter.

    I would love to be there. We are finishing our mission this weekend. We have been serving as mission presidents over the Brazil Curitiba Mission. I am a great great grandson of Alfred Cordon (Alfred Cordon – Ralph Roland Cordon – Edgar Cordon – Nolan Ralph Cordon – Derek Lane Cordon).
